Recipes of Typical Dishes

The products derived from pork stand out. They are homemade during the slaughter season (November and December).

During carnival the traditional Relleno is made, a sausage made with egg, breadcrumbs, ham and turkey breast. The most famous dishes are salmorejo of orange and cod, as well as the porra.

In the desserts we will point out the ‘huevos volaos’ (eggs, milk, mostachones and cinnamon).

During Easter both pestiños and huesos de santo can be found in pastry shops.
