The Protected Designation of Origin Priego de Córdoba, established since 1998, carries out exhaustive controls throughout the process of collection, production and packaging of its Extra Virgin Olive Oils to guarantee the origin and maximum quality of its products.   

The varieties of olives used to obtain the juice of oil are Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca. The collection carried out at the optimum moment of maturity results in obtaining “liquid gold”.

Numerous international awards in markets such as Italy, Germany, France, the United States, China and Switzerland have allowed the Priego de Córdoba Protected Designation of Origin oils to be known and valued worldwide.
