Museum of Turrón, Mantecado and Marzipan

This company has been able to improve over the years, with perseverance, dedication and pride in daily work, combining craftsmanship with new technologies. Fifty years working with such meticulousness of their ancestors and their own, they have kept, maintained and expanded the artisanal elements for the preparation of our turrón (nougat), marzipan and mantecados (traditional Christmas confectionery). We trust that the next fifty years will help us learn a little more about our work, to contribute with more history to our museum, and of course, to be present at your table. The history of this company began fifty years ago, but it already had the heritage of its predecessors, inheriting the affection for the things well done and the knowledge to make them. Thanks to them, they have also preserved a cultural and material tradition that is reflected in the tools and instruments used in the craftsmanship of their products, which are shown today in this museum. The Artisanal Museum of Turrón, Mantecado and Marzipan exhibits the manufacturing processes of years past and the necessary tools for it. It has a space dedicated to each specialty, with special mention to the turrón that has made this house so famous. Open during the months of October, November and December
