Proposal to be declared a Natural Monument by the Regional Council for the Environmentof Junta de Andalucía, The milenary Holm oak is located next to the Granadilla stream, in the village of Llanos de Don Juan. It is a unique specimen in the providence of Córodna, belonging to the quercus ilex species, with an estimated age of about four hundred and fifty years. Up toit we can acces from two different points.
  1. From the village of llanos de Don Juan we can visit the millenary oak from the petrol station, turn right by the road that we will find on the side. This road passes through the mill of los Poleares and turning left by another road, the Cortijo de los Bruna, you reach the holm oak.
  2. From Lucena by the way of los Poleares also we approach the mill of thesame nametocontinue withthe previous route.
