It is a manufacturer of artisan sausages that has been in operation for 40 years. From the beginning until today, such sausages are made with meat from our own livestock farm, where the pigs are fed with cereals from the Córdoba countryside (corn, soybeans, barley, chickpeas), which means completelynatural products.
We have a wide variety of sausages free of gluten and of lactose.
Our hams are cured naturally, since we cure them in Sierra Nevada, at 1,700 meters of altitude, where no type of artificial ventilation is necessary.
Our Chacina Museum, is open from October 12 to January 6 every year during Christmas time, where besides being able to see a great variety of elements and old tools, used throughout the historyof our company, you can also see the different attractions prepared each year. So far they have been:
