LARD DOUGHNUTS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pans of melted lard.
  • 2 pans of wine.
  • Half a quarter of dry brandy.
  • 2.5 kg of flour.
  • ½ kg of sugar.
  • Sesame seeds.
  • Cinnamon.
  • Clove.

 

PREPARATION:

In a large bowl, we put melted lard, wine, brandy, sugar, sesame seeds, cinnamon, and clove. We gradually incorporate the flour, beating well and kneading afterward until obtaining a homogeneous dough. We shape the doughnuts. They are fried in olive oil. While still hot, they are polished with sugar.
