Rice pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • Stewed rice (leftovers from the previous day).
  • Eggs.
  • Breadcrumbs.
  • Olive oil.
  • Garlic.
  • Parsley.
  • A touch of pepper.

PREPARATION:

Finely chop the meat from the rice left over from the previous day.

Add eggs, finely chopped garlic and parsley, a bit of breadcrumbs, and a touch of pepper.

You'll have a batter.

In a pan with very hot olive oil, spoon the batter and fry.

This is one of the many ways to recycle leftover meals to avoid wasting them and obtain delicious dishes.
