Ingredients: cateto bread from several days, 6 cloves of garlic, olive oil, water, salt.

Preparation: Cut the bread into thin slices and place it at the bottom of a clay bowl. In a pan with a little oil, add the sliced garlic, and when they turn golden, remove them and pour them over the hot broth, let it boil for a couple more minutes. In the bowl where you have the bread, add the raw egg and the minced ham, and finally, pour the hot broth and let the egg cook with its own heat.
