Paria Gazpacho

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spring onion.
  • Olive oil.
  • Vinegar.
  • Salt.
  • Water.

PREPARATION:

Chop the spring onion finely and add olive oil, vinegar, salt, and water.

Stir.

Crumble pieces of bread into it for soups, then consume with the broth.

Optionally, you can chop some lettuce leaves into it.

Can be eaten with olives or green beans, depending on the season.
